Back to School Survey

Parents:  We value and need your input for our back to school plans.  Please complete a separate survey for EACH child you have attending C-CISD, whether in person or virtually (online only) for 2020-2021. 
 
Information to help make your choice:

*We will offer two forms of instruction at C-CISD, in person at the school, and virtual instruction (online only).  

*Attendance will be taken daily if you are attending school virtually or at school.  

*Students that attend school virtually will have to watch videos of their lessons on Google Classroom and complete assignments each day.  If you do not, they will be counted Absent.  

*Students that attend school virtually will need access to dependable internet service. 

*Students that attend school virtually will not be able to participate in any extracurricular activities.
