I started my career in teaching at Corrigan-Camden Elementary in 1996 as a third grade teacher . I moved to first grade for the 1997-1999 school years. I moved back to third grade for the 1999-2000 school year. In 2000, I moved to sixth grade mathematics for the next seven years. In 2007, I became the elementary art and music teacher. I also conduct the elementary choir. This year will be my 23rd year with Corrigan-Camden ISD .

This year my husband, Jerry Bamburg, and I,  celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary. We have two children. Our son, Jerrod, has three children that attend school in Cenral ISD.  Our daughter, Eliza, is a teacher at Corrigan-Camden High School. She and her husband have two little boys. Her oldest  is in kindergarten here at Corrigan-Camden Elementary .

We have three elderly fur babies that we adopted from rescues last summer. We have Fifi, an 11 year old, chubby poodle, Sunshine, 12 year old ,shy Schnauzer,  and Sophia,  6 year old playful poodle. We also have a 12 year old kitty cat.named Booboo Kitty.

In my spare time, I love to paint, sew, sing, and spend time with family.  I also collect teddybears, glass poodles, and miniature chairs.
