Meal Reservation Form for Asynchronous Learners

Corrigan-Camden ISD will be providing free meals for both In-School and Asynchronous Remote Learners. We will need a count to know how many meals will be needed for the Asynchronous Remote Learners each week.

Use this form to reserve meals for the week. Meals for all Asynchronous learners will be picked up on Mondays of each week in the driveway of Corrigan-Camden Junior High from 11:00-11:30 a.m. Only reserved meals will be prepared. This form will be sent out each Thursday by text message and available on the school website and Facebook page. The form must be completed by Monday at 7:00 a.m.

(This does not apply to IN-SCHOOL students.)
